Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Voyara platform ("Service") by travel agencies and their authorized users ("Agency", "you"). By creating an agency account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Voyara provides Agencies with a hosted, branded storefront for selling flights, tours, and packages, along with an administrative dashboard to manage bookings, content, and settings. Flight search and booking are fulfilled through third-party providers; a shared platform account is used by default, and Agencies on eligible plans may connect their own provider account instead.
2. Accounts & plans
Agencies begin on the Starter plan. Plan limits (including monthly booking volume and access to certain features) are enforced as described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Plan upgrades are currently arranged directly with our team rather than self-service billing.
3. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish on your storefront, for complying with applicable travel, consumer protection, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions you operate in, and for maintaining your own privacy policy and terms for your Travelers. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Third-party providers
Bookings made through your storefront are ultimately fulfilled by third-party flight and travel providers. Voyara is not a party to the contract of carriage or travel service between a Traveler and the provider or Agency, and is not responsible for provider availability, pricing accuracy, or service delivery.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a security risk to the platform or other Agencies. You may stop using the Service at any time; contact us to close your account.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Agencies. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
